Jens Ahlbrand leads GRASS-MERKUR as managing partner and shapes the company’s strategic development. Under his leadership, GRASS-MERKUR has steadily evolved into a modern provider of secure, sustainable and sovereign IT infrastructures.
Alongside his entrepreneurial responsibilities, he actively contributes to the advancement of the data center industry with over 30 years of expertise and is particularly committed to issues such as sustainability, digitalization and digital sovereignty. In this way he combines business continuity with the goal of positioning GRASS-MERKUR for the future — for generations to come.
Throughout, he sees himself as a driving force behind a company that embodies tradition and innovation in equal measure.
Holger Sievers
Managing Director
Holger Sievers has been a member of the GRASS-MERKUR management team since 2026. With more than 30 years of experience in dynamic IT companies — from international corporations to medium-sized businesses — as well as 18 years in C-level roles at medium-sized IT companies, he is consistently driving the company’s further development.
His focus is on optimizing processes, service quality and sustainable growth. He brings in-depth expertise in business development, portfolio management and sales, as well as IT transformation and digitalization.
Together with his team he develops high-performance IT solutions to meet the demands of modern IT infrastructures and actively shapes GRASS-MERKUR’s path as a reliable partner for clients in the insurance industry, e-commerce, retail and logistics.
