In-house operations replaced, IT as a reliable service from the HAN-Cloud

A retail chain replaced its unstable in-house IT. Together with a partner, GRASS-MERKUR migrated the systems to the HAN-Cloud and operates them, including support and maintenance.

The VMs scale on an SLA basis in the sovereign data center, and all services run through a single point of contact.
